Marker box doesn't inherit styling from element to which its attached, when importing style rules using @import

This test case demonstrates the incorrect behaviour of IE RTW where marker boxes don't inherit styling from the element to which they're attached, when importing those style rules using @import.

If you select text within the list-item, the inherited styling will be applied to the marker box.
